This "Allotment of Time" is from the "Driscoll Diaries: Celebrating 100 Years of Memories," which can be purchased at driscoll100.org/tickets.

It's the first schedule of studies at Driscoll 100 years ago, broken down in hours per week. The note at the bottom reads:

LANGUAGE - In grades eight and nine, French is offered as an elective, one and one-half hours being allotted to it In grade nine, Latin is offered as an elective, three and one-half hours per week being allotment.

MATHEMATICS - Algebra is included with the mathematics for grade nine, three hours per week being assigned to it.

MANUAL TRANING AND DOMESTIC SCIENCE. - For girls: sewing, grades three to seven, inclusive, three-quarters of an hour per week; cooking, grades six and seven, an one and three quarters hours per week.
For boys: shop work, grades six and seven, one and three-quarters hours per week; grade eight, two hours per week.
