Summer fun is coming to a neighborhood near you!

The Rec on the Go (ROTG) van will be pulling in and bringing recreation to neighborhood parks. ROTG staff will set up activities and equipment for youth and teens. There will be games, sports, arts, crafts, and more! FREE MEALS provided for youth 18 and under. Drop in! No registration required.

Every stop is a chance to play, create, and connect with friends.

The ROTG van will arrive and leave at the designated time. Brooklyn Center staff are not responsible for any youth after the vehicle has exited the site.

Support our local heroes by attending the fundraiser OR donating gift baskets or money 💰
Soldiers 6 is the organization who gave us our two compassion therapy dogs Brooklyn and Rex! 🚓🚒🇺🇸🐕‍🦺🐾

Ohhhh the preparations are well under way for the July event. We are down a man…Ed is still on full restrictions for the near future.

What do we need? Share and save the date!!!! We are also in need of donations. Do you have tickets for sporting events? Concerts? Could your company put together a basket with gift cards? Could you make a themed basket? We would be honored to receive it and use it for the raffle or silent auction.

We will have all your favorites that day. Lebanese wine, the largest meat raffle in the Midwest, and your favorite, the raffle and silent auctions. Don’t forget about the whiskey, wine and whatever pull.

Food: Petey's BBQ he’s our mainstay and always gonna be with us. Second Street Coffeehouse cause you all want those dirty sodas, Kennys Meatball Wagon….ohhhhh I need some of that garlic cheese bread, and new this year, Dominick's, cause we love our local establishments too.

And of course, we will be yelling, arguing, and hustling about. So mark your calendars and we hope to see you at our largest event of the year. Without you, this would be be possible. Help us help our heroes and the pups that stand beside them.
