Bridging Access to Care honors the memory of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
On this day, we reflect on his words – Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. (“Letter from a Birmingham Jail” written in April 1963) and cannot agree more that shared accountability and responsibility are essential to our community’s integrity.

Today is #WorldAIDSDay and #GivingTuesday. Today we remember and honor the lives we've lost and to celebrate those who continue to live a productive life due to progress made in screening, testing, and treatment.
As the first HIV/AIDS organization in Brooklyn, Bridging Access to Care is now a multi-service community health care organization.
Today and every day, we remain committed to ending this epidemic in New York. We do this by routinizing HIV screening and testing and coordinating health and behavioral health care for persons living with HIV/AIDS using an evidence-based and trauma-informed approach.
Please consider supporting our work.
During these challenging times, the priorities of Bridging Access to Care are to ensure our staff and clients remain safe and healthy and to address some of the immediate needs of the communities we serve. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pa...

While it is important to acknowledge their deaths, we must learn to celebrate the lives of Transgender people. Give them their flowers while they are still here. Transgender life is valuable and should be celebrated as such.
This is a list of the trans people who have died from October 6th, 2019 to September 30th, 2020. This may not be a complete list as we do not know who’s deaths were not reported or were not recognized as transgender. In their memory, please. #saytheirnames:
