Two big ideas I’m running on to address our housing crisis:

Social Bonds to finance affordable housing & “Street-to-Home” Vouchers to help unhoused Americans with serious mental illness.

We’ve seen these models be incredibly successful. I’ll fight to implement them at the federal level so all of our neighbors can live with dignity.

It’s also a great place to talk with Sunset Park neighbors about what they’d like to see in their next Congressmember.
