We're planning to create one or more public spaces here. In 2012, BACDYS (Bangleshi American Community Development & Youth Service) applied to NYC DOT's Plaza Program to create a plaza at the intersection of Liberty Avenue and 101st Avenue.

DOT selected BACDYS' proposal and is beginning to work with the community to gather input and generate ideas, and, ultimately, to redesign the space. BACDYS is DOT's local partner for this project. To get involved, come to our public meeting on Thursday, May 8th, at 6:30–8:30PM at Medina Hall at 76-15 101st Avenue, Ozone Park, NY.
