M984A4 wrecker Stinger and one retrieve cylinder are moving super slow like barely moving. Cylinders still strong enough to lift an LHS but really slow, the other retrieve works perfect. I opened the lines to get air out but no air bubble just clear, good pressure. What im tracking: hoses were replaced Any ideas??

Household goods come tomorrow. Can I claim my personal toolbox/tools as pro-gear?
Anyone ever had their tow cylinders only work together? I can use one lever and go in and out nothing happens with either side cylinder. But when I operate them together at the same time they move in and out at normal speed. We do not have a pressure gauge like the TM says to use. Any ideas? 984A4. Just replaced valve manifold a month ago also
