The Board of Bowling Green Township Trustees, Licking County, Ohio, is seeking bids for an exclusive contract for the collection, transportation and disposal of residential garbage/refuse and yard waste within the unincorporated areas of Bowling Green Township, Licking County Ohio. If awarded, the contract period shall be from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2029.
Sealed bids, labeled “Refuse Bid” will be received by the Bowling Green Township Fiscal Officer, Jennie Duval, at 11779 Macks RD Glenford, OH 43739, on or before May 11th, 2026, at 7 p.m. Bids and contract documents must be provided in both paper and electronic medium, readable in standard WORD or XLS format as applicable. Bids received after the above time will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 15490 Main ST. Brownsville OH, at 7:00 p.m. on May 11th, 2026. Bids may be held for a period of up to 60 days after opening.

The Township Trustees reserve the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids, waive any technical requirements, and to accept any bid that is deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Each bidder must deposit with the bid, securities in the amount and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidder.
