I had a great time at the Meet the Candidates event hosted by the Democrats of Southern Cameron County. It was good seeing so many friends and visiting with Erin Elizabeth Gamez, candidate for Texas House District 38, and Oziel Ochoa, candidate for Texas House District 37.

I was honored to join Faulk Middle School and Brownsville ISD in celebrating Faulk’s recent “A” rating from the Texas Education Agency! We marked this outstanding achievement with a spirited pitada through the Southmost neighborhood, followed by a rally at the school. Congratulations to Principal Hernandez for his leadership, and to the teachers, staff, students, and families who made this success possible. Keep up the great work. Today, I am returning home grateful for a successful result in court and thankful to the Lord for His guidance.

For nearly 40 years, I have practiced law with experience, preparation, and integrity. My professional record reflects a lifetime of respecting the law and faithfully serving my clients.

The 107th District Court deserves a judge with proven experience and unquestionable integrity.
