Female grey tabby, about 8 weeks old, found on Heather Green Boulevard in La Grange.

No microchip, she is very sweet.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
Oldham County Animal Services is reaching capacity; we are calling for adopters before it’s too late!!! Anyone who is interested in adopting, please come forward and take a look at our precious fur babies!

Our adoption wing is completely full. We only have a couple kennels left before we hit code red.

I cannot begin to express how amazing these dogs are, and it is truly disheartening when people take one look at them, see that most of them have some amount of Pitbull, and they turn their back on them. These guys are just waiting for someone to give them the chance that they deserve, and they will not disappoint!

Pirate, our longest resident, is a gentle soul and would make any family happy.

Atlas is incredibly intelligent, loyal and a huge cuddle bug.

Snoopy is a nutcase, never ceases to amuse with his antics, but is so full of love to give.

Misty, our white and brindle Pit, holds a special place in my heart. She is the sweetest little girl; she loves getting attention and cuddling on the couch. She does not thrive in shelter life, all the noise scares her and she becomes timid. Once she is outside and away from it all, she becomes a whole new dog!!

Rey...ever since her brother Lando was adopted, we have tried to make that extra push to get her in the same boat. We just haven't had the same luck as we did with Lando. Rey is one of the most loving dogs, she knows how it feels to be ignored, not even given a second glance, so she makes everyone she meets feel like the most important person in the world. This baby truly never meets a stranger.

I could go on and on about these dogs, we have some of the sweetest and most loving dogs. It just breaks our heart that they haven't been able to find a home yet.

Liberty is now available and ready to find her new furever home!!!

Liberty is approximately 5 years old, she is a pit mix.
Liberty is super sweet, doesn’t meet a stranger, as soon as you walk into the room her tail starts wagging!!!

She loves Beggin Bacon Strips, she is still working on basic commands, but is very food motivated and would be easy to train.
She is definitely a lounger, one to jump up on the couch and just cuddle the day away.

Miss Dolly Is ready to find her furever home!!!

Dolly is a female Blonde Beagle mix, she is approximately 10 months old, just a spunky little pup!

She is very sweet but a little shy. She loves snuggles and getting head scratches and getting to play!

We sat with her in her kennel; she was very timid at first but almost instantly, she began wanting to play and showing all sorts of love! She isn't really in her element here at the shelter, all the loud noises scare her, once out and about she absolutely flourishes!

Help us get this puppy out of here and into a kind, warm and loving home!!!
