Welcome to beautiful Santa Ynez Valley located in Santa Barbara County. We are blessed to live in the wine region of Northern Santa Barbara County. Our passion is making the finest jellies and jams in the world using local fruit. Our jelly is made from the freshest locally harvested fruit, cane sugar, and fruit pectin. We do not add any water to our jams and jellies which allows us to use less than 50% of the sugar found in most jelly and jams.
