Greetings! I am Dr. Mark Frank in the department of communication at University at Buffalo. I am conducting a study about group dynamics in emotions, thought, and behavior. We are looking for people in the community to help us with our study, and in particular, people who belong to a group of some sort. In our search of publicly available information about groups, we came across yours. We would like to ask you and/or your members if you would like to participate in our study. The reason we like to run people who belong to groups (of all sorts, by the way, and all ends of the political spectrum) is because we found that group membership may affect people’s responses. Please let me know if there is any way I can reach out to the members of your group. Participants are compensated a minimum of $10 for one hour of their time, with the chance of earning up to $35. Please email Maggie for further information at [email protected] Thank you, Maggie Conboy (Research Assistant)
There will be an election of Officers of YPC on Friday, March 30, 2012. Members should attend this special meeting at 11 a.m. - 118 East Utica Street.
