Join VOICE Buffalo’s Live Free and Street Certified Coalitions, Free The People WNY, WNY Peace Center, Buffalo Urban League Young Professionals and PEACE Homicide Victims TOMORROW, Saturday, February 26th at 11:00am at the Freedom Wall at the corner of East Ferry and Michigan for Living the Legacy This is a call to action to hold our elected officials and police department accountable for the ongoing gun violence and mass incarceration. We are Living the Legacy of those who came before us and will continue to fight for equality in our community.
Hey, Although I'm fighting for Justice and Peace through the WNY Peace Center, I will always be a birth activist, doula and educator! Peace and blessings!
You can commemorate MLK day on the actual holiday, later next week and throughout the year. Local groups NFJC WNY and WNY Peace Center show us how.
