Please note that this is a moderated online discussion site and subject to New York State Public Records Laws, e-discovery laws, and related policies. Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, persons under the age of 13 years old are not allowed to submit questions or comments. ECDSS reserves the right to delete posts and comments counter to our social media purpose and guidelines. • Personal or obscene attacks of any kind;
• Offensive terms targeting individuals or groups;
• Content that promotes or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed,
color, age, religion, gender, marital status, national origin, source of income,
disability, or sexual orientation;
• Solicitations of business or links to any site;
• Partisan campaign-affiliated commentary;
• Infringement on copyrights or trademarks, and;
• Confidential or non-public information.
