Once individuals with Sickle Cell age out of the Childrens Hospital programs of care, a major divide is set forth in terms of ongoing attention, confidence, knowledge & foundation. We strive to close this gap & keep the transition process as easy as possible by surrounding our individuals wi

th the level of respect, integrity & dignity that they deserve & have come to expect from medical professionals as well as their peers.
