Western Region Buffalo Corps of Cadets army values The Western Region Buffalo Corps of Cadets use to be the New York National Guard Corps of Cadets. Due to budget cuts in 2008 the program was closed.

The program was founded and established by them in 1991. The program was re-opened by Marie Torres and help of other volunteers in October of 2008. Even thou the obstacles the program still continues strong with the same military principles.
