Hello! Some of the NWS BUF maps are coming up empty for me. Can you help?
La Niña and -PNA pattern will keep cold air locked up in upper Midwest, the northern plains, and Pacific Northwest most of this winter. This winter should be Very mild. We will probably be lucky to see even 60 inches of snow at the airport. The record mild winter of 2011-2012 also featured a moderate La Niña. There are many factors that determine how a winter season turns out. From everything I have been researching , I am very pessimistic about having a cold, snowy winter around here. Mike
Hi. While the radar is down this coming week, can you also replace Flash in the enhanced version? Since my recent Windows 10 update the enhanced version (with Flash) crashes my computer; the standard version is better than nothing, but not as good. Thanks, and stay well!
