PLEASE READ IF YOUR CHILD(REN) ATTEND BUFFALO PUBLIC OR CHARTER SCHOOLS!

Every school district in Erie County has prepared a virtual learning model for their students as required by NYS Department of Education. These models include 100% virtual learning and hybrid learning with both in person and virtual instruction. On days when children, specifically those between the ages of 5-12, are expected to participate in virtual learning, working parents throughout the county are grappling with how to support their children’s education, while also physically reporting to work. Thus, the Seneca-Babcock Community Association, Inc. has created virtual learning support centers to support the education of school-aged children funded by Live Well Erie Cares Act Child Care Funding.

We will provide the care, tech support, meals and supervision to children, primarily (but not exclusively) to those children between the ages of 5 and 12, during the hours which they are required to participate in synchronous and asynchronous virtual instruction or would otherwise be in attendance at school 7:00am to 5:30pm.

If your income is less than 85% of the state median income (SMI) this Service is FREE for your family.

We currently have spots open at:
(30) Seneca-Babcock Center 1168 Seneca 14210

We are looking to create a community directory and we need your help. What are the community resources around the Schiller Park and George K Arthur Community Centers (Churches, Food Pantries, Schools, Parks, other Community Centers, Libraries, Sports Teams, Block Clubs, Civic/Community Groups, etc.)? We have a large list already but we don't want to miss anyone.
