We will not be scheduling appointments on Wednesday, 2/25 and Thursday 2/26.

Our nephew (and 5 other Buffalo Bison!!) will be competing at the Missouri State Wrestling Championship, and we’ll be there cheering him on as he represents our community on the state stage. Sending six high school athletes to represent our school at this level is a huge accomplishment.

We appreciate your understanding and support and we are incredibly proud of him. Let’s go! 💪🤼‍♂️

This Saturday, we will be limiting appointments to Buffalo, MO area only as our family will be cheering on two very special athletes at Wrestling Districts.

My nephew and our son are both competing and we couldn’t be more proud!

👥 Witness Availability – What You Need to Know!!

Some documents require one or two witnesses in addition to notarization. If your paperwork calls for witnesses, please keep the following in mind:

✔️ Witnesses must be physically present at the time of signing.
✔️ They must be 18 or older and have valid identification.
✔️ In most cases, witnesses cannot be named in or benefit from the document.

Please note: I do not automatically provide witnesses. If your document requires them, you are responsible for bringing qualified witnesses with you unless we have discussed arrangements in advance.

✍️ Getting Documents Notarized? Here Are a Few Important Do’s & Don’ts!

To make your appointment smooth and stress-free, keep these tips in mind:

✅ DO:
• Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport).
• Make sure all signers are present at the appointment.
• Review your documents ahead of time to ensure they’re complete. YES YOU CAN FILL THEM OUT.... just don't sign your name until I am there.
• Wait to sign until you are in front of the notary (unless instructed otherwise). In some cases.... the time of signing may differ. The notary can instruct you.

❌ DON’T:
• Don’t sign the document before your appointment (in most cases, it must be witnessed).
• Don’t leave blanks in the document ... incomplete forms may need to be corrected before notarization.
• Don’t bring expired identification.
• Don’t forget any required witnesses if your document calls for them.
