The village is draining the water tower in order to have it inspected. There will be water flowing down Miller and Nebraska Streets. You may experience low water pressure for the next 5 days.

Heads Up! Starting in August (exact date to be announced) Garbage service day will change from Thursday to Friday. Republic will be sending out info packets. Watch for additional information and an exact date for the change.

The Village has been notified that unfortunately, we did not receive the Rehabilitation Grant that was applied for last fall. We want to thank all the residents that filled out surveys and supported us in applying for the grant. The board will weigh their options for applying again next year.

Due to the weather, garbage pick up will be delayed by one day. If you already have your cards out, you may leave them out.

Residents are reminded to remove your vehicles off the street when there is an accumulation of 2 or mor inches of ❄️ snow ⛄️. Failure to do so, could result in your vehicle being towed.

The village will be replacing a fire hydrant and valve tomorrow 12/15/2021. Residents may notice some rust in the water. You may want to run your water to flush out the rust.
