🌶️It’s Frito Pie Friday! Did you know our Chili is made from scratch? We start with USDA raw ground beef and turn it into our savory, flavorful homemade chili sauce, made with care by our amazing Child Nutrition team! ❤️

✨ While thousands of students walked through our doors today, 140 incredible Child Nutrition team members showed up ready to make sure they were fed, fueled, and ready to learn. 🍎🥪

From the first breakfast served to the last lunch line, our team worked behind the scenes to make sure every child had access to a meal. Because the truth is… without Child Nutrition, a school day simply wouldn’t be possible.

They are the smiling faces greeting our students, the hands preparing and serving their meals, and an essential part of what makes our schools run every single day. ✏️📚

☀️Our Summer Cooking Classes are in full swing! Today, our young chefs created colorful smoothie bowls and topped them with fresh fruit, granola, honey, and other healthy ingredients. 🍓🫐🍌

Students had fun learning how nutritious foods can also be creative and delicious while building healthy eating habits through hands-on experiences. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a fun and flavorful day! 💛
