Fall leaves are beautiful, but not in our storm drains! When leaves and debris block storm drains, it can cause localized flooding and allow excess nutrients to enter our waterways. This year, be a part of the solution, and adopt a drain! Click the link in our bio to get started.

PS… looking for solutions for your fall leaves? If you’re not quite ready to for to provide winter pollinator habitat (our favorite fall activity 🍂), consider mulching them and leaving them on your lawn — it’s free fertilizer!

We're excited about this!

Good news! Burlington has been awarded a $75,000 state grant to plant 40 new trees throughout the Terrace Hall area! 🌳

Where will these trees go? The town’s Tree Team is looking forward to working with residents and businesses to identify the best locations.
