So this mornings 10K was a success in a few ways.
1st I hit a personal best with a 9:09 min mile pace

2nd my first mile was a 8:34 minute mile something that even with some down hills I’ve not been able to run since 2012 when I was in the National Guard for a PT test.

3rd I was asked about what Tier III was and what is (I need to get my business card case back out and carry cards with me now.

So I explained our mission is being rebranded but that we are working to raise money to support T.A.P.
As well as what their mission is and the work they do.

Haha I guess I was my own brand ambassador today haha.

Also I want to shout out again to Annie for the great work that she continues to do for Tier III merchandising She’s got some great ideas. Thank you Annie!

Also shout out to Nolan Williams for keeping me in my supplements like beet root and Protein pancakes

It’s almost that time to call it a night so we can go out and support a local fire ems with a 10K run.

Also we will be wearing the demo model T-Shirt idea with both our logo and logo on it, that started this whole new adventure.

Fuelings ✅, hydration✅ Runners yoga✅

Time to call it a night with a 0500 wake up and an hour drive. SP will be bright and early.

Our first shirt is officially out the door and personally delivered today to this guy today.

Jamie Mc Bride owner of McBride Masterpieces had pre-ordered a t-shirt after he saw the design on the shirt that Ed had wore to run in the Pittsburgh Half Marathon for his fundraiser “Heart Attack to Half Marathon” to raise money for The Asservo Project after his heart attack in 2024.

Good Morning!

I’m excited to announce that Tier III is partnering with The Asservo Project (T.A.P) after meeting with their C.E.O Joe Sweeney, to support its mission of fighting sexual predators,aiding victim recovery, and educating communities and students on how to recognize the warning signs. In addition to volunteering at educational seminars, we will now also support T.A.P. through fundraising efforts.

We are launching an online store and accepting in-person orders for our first official Tier III T-Shirt. A portion of each sale will be donated to The Asservo Project to support its work educating communities about human trafficking and online predators, conducting investigations and intelligence gather and serving survivors.

Their mission means so much to me that, after surviving a heart attack caused by a 80% blockage in my LAD- The Widow Maker”- I started a fundraiser called “Heart Attack to Half Marathon “ and set a goal of running the Pittsburgh Half Marathon in May 2025. I also designed a T-Shirt to help raise awareness of their work and wore it during the race. Even after we reached our goal last year, I still felt that I could.. that I had to do more. After considering several other ideas, I landed on this one, and we have been working on it ever since.

These T-shirts are the same design as the one that I wore in the race last year.

I can personally say that every donation helps T.A.P. advance its mission. Your support makes a real difference through education, Survivor support, and investigative and intelligence efforts.

The modern proclamation calls on Americans “to observe Memorial Day by praying, according to their individual religious faith, for permanent peace.”

May you all have a good ,safe time with family and friends today. Take a moment and remember those who fell and why this day is so important.
