We are working with Community Hope (who received a grant from the Cadillac Area Community Foundation) to help distribute food to those who are unable to access it. They filled our van up with so much food that we had to send two drivers! We are happy to be working with such a great community. πŸ‘

YOUR HEALTH & WELLBEING IS OUR PRIORITY

As many in our community are already aware, an outbreak of COVID-19, also known as coronavirus, has disrupted daily life in many places across the globe.

At this time, WexExpress remains in service to those who rely on public transportation to access care, food, jobs and other essential resources.

However, if you are able to stay home, we ask that you do so.

If you do need to travel, we are committed to your safety and we're doing whatever we can to protect you. WexExpress has instituted mandatory cleaning of every bus at the end of each shift and a deeper level of sanitation every night, including mopping, window cleaning and applying disinfectant to the entire bus. Lobbies, bathrooms and high touch areas are also being sanitized multiple times throughout the day. If service changes need to be made in the future, WexExpress will provide you with an update right here and at www.wexexpress.us.

And remember, if you're not feeling well, please stay home and contact your health care provider.

Thank you for your continued trust and understanding.

I don’t know if it’s just me but is anyone having trouble login to website Cwta it keeps taken me back to login page
Are you guys running today?
Are you open on January 1st because I did online booking and request was deny but I got approved for the day before and the day after
I was told that the buses will be close at 6pm today and close tomorrow i understand because of Christmas but since it wasn’t posted on there official page I figure i told the people the heads up have a wonderful holidays
Thank you for taking care of my parents when they were able to get out and go to the dentist, doctor, and hospital. The drivers were so friendly and helpful. My mom would tell me how nice they were. I loved hearing that, but knew it would be that way. I neglected to also say that the dispatch group was great for working with us to get them to their appointment and back home again. Dad just is not able to go anymore.
I am so grateful for your service to TC. Thank you! May God bless and keep your drivers safe.
I just got off the phone with transit and they told me no one is going to manton tonight just heads up for people wanted to use the bus
Is anyone getting thru today I been trying for 30 minutes and no luck
Here again is where the Dial-a-ride and I have our separate point of view. If I had known that I would have to rely on the bus service as much as I do at this point in time I would not have given up my car. I am addressing this as I am looking for employment yet the job Im am applying for is one _half _mile across the county line. Now I am not adverse to riding the bus, I even went so far as to _call the day before to schedule my ride. To which I was told it would cost me $ 3.00 both ways. Or I could go to DHS and walk back to the job interview, which is scheduled for 7:00 am for $1.50. I am confused if I am half a mile closer to wexford county why am I being charged double for the ride to my potential job? If I wanted to go to the county line I still get charged $ 3.00 and I walk the last one half mile to the interview. And you wonder why I am so dead set against any mileage increase. The economy is picking up in the area and people need transportation. Maybe not at the times convenient to the bus service. Maybe not right in Wexford County and yet I am going to do what I have always had to do for 66 years. Rely on the only reliable thing in my life, my two good legs to do the job they were designed to do WALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wondering if your phones are down again this morning... tried calling but it won't go through....tried dialing another number, no problem.... so do you have phone service??
i think this busing system is the awesome transportation there is in our area. They are patient, even when I am not; they tolerate peoples bad tempers anxiety, and mood swings. We should be just as patient as well while they work the bugs out in the system. Thanks for all your hard work...and tolerating my anxiety...
I was planning a trip to Traverse City, but its late around six pm to about nine. So i was wondering the times you transport us lucky peeps...
