Kershaw County Adult Education KCSD Adult Education offers several levels of classes to prepare students to obtain the High School Equivalency (GED).

We teach skills, present knowledge and model soft skills in order to improve academic outcomes and to prepare students for success in the modern day workforce through post secondary education programs, trades training or employment opportunities. We also offer a high school diploma track through Virtual School for qualified students. Lastly, we are the only provider of the WorkKeys test (Career Re

adiness Certificate) and WorkKeys instruction in Kershaw County. We serve students who desire to attain the next level of education that will enable them to achieve their career and employment goals.

September is Attendance Awareness Month, and that's why we are challenging students to keep their attendance streak strong!

Every single day students show up to class, they keep their streak going—unlocking new skills, connecting with friends, and leveling up for the future. Missing just a few days can throw off a student's rhythm, but showing up every day keeps their momentum strong.

School is better when all students are here! Let’s see how long students across our district can keep their streaks alive this September!

Families who need internet access or assistance completing online registration are invited to visit their child's school during one of these times:
