Last night, the Camillus Fire Department conducted truck training in our district. The focus of the evening was driver training, including proper placement and setup of the aerial.

What’s better than 2 car fires drills in a row? Car fires with Howlett Hill Fire Department - 100% Volunteer and Warners-Memphis Fire Department! This week for drill members completed additional live car fires with neighboring departments.

Our original plans for drill last night had to be cancelled due to the high heat. We were able to improvise and still hold a successful drill. Members worked to establish a water supply, practiced pump operation, and supplied water for a mock trash/car fire.
