In 2022, Lee County voters sent a clear message that our school district needed accountability and an approach that put students and parents first. Together we answered that call. That year, you elected three new conservative members to the School Board, approved a referendum to elect a superintendent for the first time in fifty years, and made it clear that parents, students, and taxpayers deserved a school system that was professional, fiscally responsible, focused on student achievement, and reflected the values of our community.
You entrusted me to help lead that change, and that trust guided my service on the School Board to deliver real results for our students and taxpayers.
Working together with our elected Superintendent, our conservative board has restored stability and professionalism to the district, strengthened fiscal discipline, increased transparency for taxpayers, and made our schools safer and more focused on learning. We trimmed wasteful spending, cut the red tape, and invested more resources toward classrooms, teachers, and student needs.
We’ve refocused on what matters: academics, student safety, and preparing students for the real world. We’ve addressed teacher shortages, placed experienced educators in underperforming schools, and expanded our workforce and technical education programs, so students are prepared more than ever for life after graduation.
This progress reflects the mandate the voters delivered and our commitment to deliver on it.
But our work is not finished.
The foundation has been laid, and now we must continue building upon it by improving instructional quality, protecting parental rights, advancing school safety, expanding career and technical opportunities, and ensuring your tax dollars are used wisely and responsibly.
That is why I am seeking reelection to the Lee County School Board.
I’m proud of the results we have achieved, and I remain fully committed to finishing the work the voters entrusted us to do. With your continued support, we will protect these reforms, continue strengthening our schools, and ensure Lee County remains a student-focused, fiscally disciplined, and accountable school district for years to come.
Four years ago, you trusted me with a clear mandate for change. We’ve come far, but our work is not finished. I am asking for your continued support so we can keep our schools focused on student success and ensure Lee County remains a strong, conservative, and accountable school district for years to come. Representing you on the School Board has been an honor, and I am grateful for the trust you have placed in me. I am committed to earning that trust and support once again so we can finish what we started.
