It’s not fine that you’re hurting.

It’s not fine if you’re trapped in shame, anxiety, depression, addiction, or loneliness.

But it is okay that you have things to work on.

It is okay that you’re healing. It is okay that you want to change. It is okay that you’re still figuring yourself out.

We all know that most men struggle to ask for help.

What gets talked about a lot less is what happens when they finally do.

Some men don’t have anyone they can turn to. Others have people who genuinely care but don’t know how to support them in ways that actually lead to growth. Advice, reassurance, fixing, minimizing, avoiding the hard conversations. Good intentions aren’t always enough.

That’s what makes Carlisle Men’s Work different.

Our groups are filled with men who genuinely want to support and be supported by other men. Men who are committed to honesty, accountability, curiosity and growth. It’s not about being told what to do. It’s about being challenged, understood, and learning to show up differently for yourself and the people you care about.

Tonight we passed 200 men’s groups.

When I started Carlisle Men’s Work, I wasn’t just hoping to run groups. I was hoping to build a community where men could be honest, challenge one another, support one another, and form real friendships.

Watching that happen has been incredibly meaningful.

If you’ve been thinking about joining but have been waiting for the “right time,” this is your reminder that now is the right time.

We currently have openings in several groups, and we’d love to have you.
