1️⃣As technology continues to evolve, what is the most important thing organizations can do to build trust and reduce risk? Organizations can build trust and reduce risk by maintaining strong governance, effective internal controls, and a commitment to transparency. Technology will continue to change, but trust is earned when stakeholders know that information is protected, risks are managed responsibly, and decisions are guided by integrity and accountability. Organizations that balance innovation with sound oversight are best positioned for long term success.
2️⃣What do you hope people experience when they work with you or alongside you? I hope people experience professionalism, collaboration, and genuine respect. I strive to be approachable, dependable, and responsive while maintaining a high standard of quality in everything I do. Whether working with clients or colleagues, my goal is to build trust, provide practical solutions, and create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and confident that we are working toward a shared objective.
3️⃣What is one tradition, hobby, or passion that is important to you outside of the firm? One of the things I value most outside of work is spending time with my family and exploring local hiking trails with my dogs. Hiking allows me to clear my mind, relieve stress, and reconnect with what is most important. It is a great way to recharge, maintain balance, and return to work with renewed focus and energy.
