We are back in the gym with @pxpendurance Fall Session starts Oct 26. At OLMC and Mt Carmel Raiders Lacrosse we believe in developing the whole athlete. Stick skills are one thing but being strong and having the endurance will take you to that next level.

Hello OLMC Lacrosse Community. Today I am asking for your support.
A grad of OLMC and current Guerin Catholic Cross Country runner Olivia Van Dyke was unexpectedly diagnosed with brain cancer. She had two surgeries last week and is hoping to come home next week to begin the next steps of her battle.
A virtual run called #OliviaStrong has been setup to support Olivia and her family. Individuals can sign up to post their times against others in either a 1 mile, 3k, or 5k. If teams would like to show their support, they can run one of the distances and post the time under a team name instead of individually.
The cost to sign up is $10 with the option to add an additional donation...as well as the option to donate without signing up for the run.

Impressed with the girls this week. Beating Brebeuf, Cathedral and then coming up short to a talented Springboro team. A great tournament by Top Tier and as always the refs were great.
