On 06/07/2018, at approximately 1300 hours, Carrollton Police Officers were advised about a wanted suspect at the south end of town by the Carrollton Inn. Upon arrival to the area, Captain Looney and Sergeant Perez both spotted the wanted suspect who had an active $30,000 cash only Carroll County warrant. The subject was identified as Allan Wright. While attempting to make contact with Wright, he fled on foot at which time Sergeant Perez began chase. After a brief foot pursuit, Wright was apprehended and booked at the Carrollton Police Department.

As a result of Wright's arrest, Carrollton Police Officers conducted a knock and talk at a guest room at the Carrolltion Inn. While speaking with an individual, Officers observed in plain view what appeared to be a crystal-like substance. After being field tested, the substance came back positive for amphetamines. At that time, three individuals were arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold. The subjects were identified as Donnie Fry, Brandon Sisemore, and Erik Lawhon. A search warrant was later executed at the Carrollton Inn where more methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and other schedule 2 narcotics were located.

The Carroll County Prosecutor's office has formally charged all three subjects with felony related to possession of controlled substances, and all subjects are being held in lieu of bond.

Just a reminder, that all subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
