Radical Rescue is an education mission program where students earn college-level credits while serving in neighborhoods across the US as youth leaders who educate in disaster response, healthy living, and community-based ministry.
Radical Rescue is an educational mission program that offers a college minor in Christian Leadership for Communities in Crisis. Outreach training is focused on disaster relief, health education, youth leadership, and Biblical training. Students will spend the first nine months in RAD Boot Camp learning the three phases of Radical Rescue - Rescue And Disaster Response, Restoration And Dependance, and Research And Design. Students will then take part in outreach leadership through the RAD Internship. During this phase students will teach youth and adults at assigned churches what they learned in the initial nine months of training, while connecting the church to community outreach opportunities through humanitarian service. If a major disaster should occur during the RAD Internship the RAD students on assignment will be sent to aid in the response efforts. Radical Rescue will launch our first group of 12-students in August 2016! We are looking for donors, prayers, and prospective students.
