We’re already seeing power flickering and going on and off in different areas throughout the county, and with some bizarre weather rolling through, there’s definitely potential for outages.

Be prepared just in case! Our team is aware, watching things closely, and we’re all on standby and ready to respond if needed.

Charge those phones, find the flashlights, and maybe don’t get too invested in that Netflix episode just yet.

💙 **A Huge Thank You from All of Us** 💙

After more than **24 hours of nonstop work**, we're happy to share that **phone services are coming up and restoring!** 🎉
Might be a little spotty, in and out for a bit as they make changes and migrate but the home streatch is here!!

This wasn't the way any of us wanted to spend the last day, and we know it wasn't how you wanted to spend it either. We're truly sorry for the disruption and frustration this caused.

Behind the scenes, our engineers worked around the clock rebuilding a critical server from the ground up to get everything back online. It wasn't a quick fix, but they didn't quit until the job was done.

We're especially grateful for a community that understands we're real people doing everything we can to keep you connected. (We'd also like to officially confirm that our engineers are now running on equal parts coffee, determination, and very little sleep. ☕)

Thank you for sticking with us. Your support means more than you know, and we're grateful to have you as part of the MHF family. 💙

**Service Update**

Phones are still down , that’s being worked on still!

To all our streaming customers.
We’re back in business! We just got word that MidHudson MyStream is up and running as is IPTV.
If you’re still having internet issues please text the office. All Internet equipment has been back up since early afternoon.

First, the good news: **Internet and Wi-Fi services have now been restored for all subscribers.** 🎉

We're still actively working to restore **phone services** (both for our office and our subscribers) as well as **streaming TV**. Our team is making great progress, and we're hopeful these services will be restored by the end of the day. That said, because we're rebuilding servers following this morning's crash, it's possible some restoration work could continue into tomorrow.

We know how important these services are, and we're truly sorry for the disruption this has caused.

We also want to say **thank you**. To everyone who has stopped by the office, shared a laugh, offered words of encouragement, or simply shown patience and understanding—your kindness hasn't gone unnoticed. It means a lot to our entire team, especially to the engineers and technicians who have been working nonstop since early this morning to get everyone back online.

We're not done yet, but we're getting there. Thank you for sticking with us, and we'll continue to share updates as we have them. 💙
