It always warms my heart when I receive messages like this one.

"I think you should still attempt another run for an office -- maybe state representative. In a campaign, you will need to continue, and expand, your bringing new people into political activism on the basis of your priorities and you'll need better fund-raisers. I'd be willing to help. We need fresh faces in politics that present a different outlook to people. Keep that in the back of your mind and, in the interim, build bridges to many folks."
