What’s one thing you regularly go to Bentonville, Rogers, or somewhere else for that you wish we had here?

A certain store? Restaurant? Something for families? Entertainment? Or maybe something I haven’t mentioned.

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Labor Day is a time to recognize the hard work and contributions of working men and women across our country.

Today, I’m especially thankful for those who work hard right here in our community, including the many people who work every day to keep our city running.

Hope everyone has a safe and happy Labor Day!

We spent a lot of time out knocking doors today, and I had a conversation that reminded me why doing this face to face matters.

I was asked how I’m already invested in Centerton and how I would make sure the people who live here come first.

I’m glad I was asked that. Centerton is growing fast, and there’s a lot coming our way. Growth can be good for our city, but it should never come at the expense of the people who already live here.

Residents shouldn’t have to wonder where they fit into the decisions being made about their own city. Their voice should be the most important one.

For me, that’s where it starts.

After a great morning at the ribbon cutting, I met Mike at Takashi for lunch before heading off to work.

It was nice to sit down for a little bit, tell him about the morning, and enjoy some time together before getting back to the rest of the day.

A busy Friday, but a good one. ❤️

I was honored to be invited to today’s opening of Phase Two of the Springdale Bypass and the XNA Connector.

One of the best parts of the morning was getting to talk with Congressman Steve Womack about Centerton and the growth we’re seeing. I really appreciated his encouragement and hearing that, if I’m elected mayor, he wants me to reach out to him and would be glad to work with me. That conversation meant a lot to me, and I’m grateful for the connection.

I also had the opportunity to visit with Senator John Boozman and ARDOT Director Jared Wiley, and to see so many of our state and local leaders there today.

And I have to say, getting to drive the new connector back toward Centerton was pretty exciting!

Very grateful to have been included today and for the conversations that came with it.

Exciting!!

🚒 New Engines Have Arrived! 🚒

The Centerton Fire Department is excited to announce the arrival of two new Pierce Enforcer fire engines.

Over the next few weeks, our crews will be completing equipment installation, training, and final preparations before placing both engines into service.

These new apparatus represent a significant investment in the safety of our firefighters and the community we serve. They will provide our crews with modern, reliable equipment designed to support the demands of emergency response for years to come.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the citizens of Centerton, Mayor Edwards, and the City Council for their continued support of the fire department and their commitment to providing our firefighters with the equipment and resources needed to serve our community safely and effectively.

We look forward to sharing more photos and information as we prepare to put these new engines to work protecting Centerton.
