Public Dafety Shut Off been canceled!

***Update 9:40PM**

PG&E Officials have cancelled the Public Safety Power Shutdown for Stanislaus County due to updated wind forecast for Saturday. Other Counties may still be impacted by the PG&E PSPS.

⚠️PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT⚠️

PG&E customers in Western Stanislaus County in the Patterson, Newman, Crows Landing, Westley, and Grayson area, please be aware that PG&E is anticipating a potential Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow, July 20, with the potential for the PSPS lasting 24 hours. PG&E has contacted the effected customers of the potential impact to electrical power service.

A PG&E Community Resource Center will be set up at the Newman Fire Station located at 1162 N St, from 1100-2000 on Saturday July 20th.

Available Resources at the station:
-PG&E Go Kits
-Electrical Outlets to Recharge Phones, Computers, Battery Packs
-Cooling fans
-Drinking water
-1 gallon bag of ice for community members
