Candidate Filing for the November 3 Election will take place in the Parks & Public Works Building located next to City Hall during normal office hours of 8 a.m. โ 4:30 p.m. A $5 filing fee is required.

City Hall & the Champlin Police Department (Public Safety Building) will be closed on Tuesday, July 14, due to planned facility maintenance related to the installation of a new generator as part of an improvement project.
During this closure:
โข City Hall & the Champlin Police Department (Public Safety Building) will not be open to the public.
โข The Parks & Public Works Building will remain open.
โข Candidate Filing for the November 3 Election will take place in the Parks & Public Works Building located next to City Hall during normal office hours of 8 a.m. โ 4:30 p.m. A $5 filing fee is required.
โข City staff can be reached by email and phone during the building closure. Calls will be returned as soon as possible following the reopening of City Hall.
โข CivicRec, the City's online activity registration system, will remain available for registrations.
โข The City's website will remain operational, including the Notify Me and online contact forms for service requests and questions.
โข While the Champlin Police Department Lobby (Public Safety Building) will not be open to the public, emergency services and public safety operations will continue as normal.
