Like a good neighbor, CBAC is here! 😬

The Welcome Back Festival is one of Clemson’s greatest traditions, and we are honored to be a smiling face and refresher to all of our students to kickoff the new school year!

Here’s what our Madame President shared to recap the experience:

“🧡💜 There’s nothing quite like welcoming Tigers back home!

It meant so much for members of the Clemson Black Alumni Council Board of Directors to be part of Clemson’s Welcome Back Festival today. Seeing downtown Clemson filled with students, alumni, families and friends—and having an opportunity to personally welcome students back for another year—was a wonderful reminder of what makes the Clemson Family so special.

And even better, the Welcome Back Festival has a purpose beyond the celebration: proceeds from the event support the IPTAY Student Alumni Board (ISAB).

A huge shout-out to fellow CBAC Board members Deveraux Williams Nina J Dunlap Monica Brown Evans-Culbreath Travis Rice for showing up, representing CBAC and sharing a little CBAC love with our students today!
