If your filing is over 100 pages, please break it up into 100 page chunks. If you have multiple filings, each filing must be a separate pdf. Deadline for guaranteed timely filings is 1 hour before the court deadline for filings that are 100 pages or less. For longer filings, add 1hr to the deadline for each additional 100 pages. Filing fees include hole-punching, tabs, filing at EOIR and OCC, and returning a stamped copy to you. Highlighting can be arranged on a case-by-case basis, time permitting. Prices: -Up to 50 pages: $50 -Each additional page: $.50 -2 or more filings at a time for the same firm: The cheaper one is 50% off! -Pro bono cases: FREE! (Heck, you can even use us to save on USPS fees. It's our way of saying "Thanks!") -Non-Procrastinator Special: Get your motion to us 2hrs before the filing deadline and save 10%! -Procrastinator Penalty: Get your motion to us less than an hour before the filing deadline and pay a 50% late fee :( (Note that these filings are NOT guaranteed. We'll try our best, but if we fail don't blame us. No charge if we don't get it filed in time though.) -Penalty for not following directions: $10 (for example, not sending everything for a filing as a single pdf or sending multiple filings in the same pdf. You won't have an opportunity to cure a defective filing.) -Running up to the 4th floor to check on something, printing stuff out for you, making copies, etc: Probably free. Just pay it forward. (Note that this offer doesn't apply to anyone who's spoken out against using AILA Carolinas funds for philanthropic purposes. You will be charged. A lot.) -Tyvola errands (such as filing an I-246): $100 -Interpreting at Charlotte USCIS by a 100% Spanish-English bilingual individual without interpreter training: $150 flat per interview -Mecklenburg County jail visit by a 100% Spanish-English bilingual individual without interpreter training: $150 -York Detention Center errands (such as taking a doc for a detainee to sign. ANNOUNCEMENT:

Sadly, our filing service must be suspended until further notice.

The clerks have suddenly decided, without advance notice, to stop accepting scanned signatures. We have attempted with different clerks at different times, yet the results over the past week have remained the same.

We will keep you updated. It would help to know if anyone else has been able to file with a scanned signature in the past week.

We remain available for interpreting and other errands in and out of the Charlotte Immigration Court.

Sorry for the bad news. Please discuss your thoughts and possible solutions below!

11/14/2018

Note that our fees have been updated and we now offer a discount for not filing with OCC!
