NoDa Massage Iva Hudeckova, Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist #17034. Working out of Salon Lofts in NoDa. My name is Iva (read Eva) Hudeckova, LMBT #17034.

After completing massage school in Greensboro, NC in 2018, I began practicing massage in Charlotte and at multiple universities. I provide custom tailored massage that blends multiple modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports) to achieve pain relief and at the same time a deeply relaxing experience. I currently work with multiple Wake Forest University teams (cross country, track and

field, football) and have had the privilege to work with many other athletes that have turned professional and some that became Olympic Games medalists. I've also provided massage at multiple regional, national, and international sports events. I was able to get my hands on some of the best world’s athletes at the IAAF Continental Cup in Ostrava, Czech Republic - where I’m from. I am passionate about wellness, diet and exercise, and how taking care of the body not only helps with daily activities but increases our abilities as we age. In my free time I like to explore NoDa with my two greyhounds, visit national parks, and other countries. I am originally from the Czech Republic and try to visit home when I can.

I had to turn a client away today who showed up to their appointment with a cold.
I will never charge a cancellation fee if you don’t feel good, if you wake up nauseous or if an emergency happens that you have no control over. Just text me or warn me and let me decide if you should come in or not.
Please think of others that may be coming in for their appointment after you. Some of my clients are older and immunocompromised, have had cancer treatments, or are new moms with babies that don’t have enough built up immunity.
Please do the right thing, respect others’ health including my own. I don’t want to get sick either. Thanks!

If you know me then you know that working the neck and shoulders are my favorite things. Treating headaches, migraines, tmj, things that feel out of place. When this client reached out I had to get her in.
Sometimes to treat the neck you have to treat the hips too, her whole body felt rotated, pelvis misaligned, one of the shoulders was coming forward. Her body was way more balanced when she was leaving but I probably could have spent 3hrs treating her, not just a single 60min session. I got a hug as she was leaving.
