✅ The good news: Senate leaders secured $1.2 billion in new revenue gains.

What began as a targeted economic development incentive has grown into a MASSIVE annual tax break for some of the world’s wealthiest tech companies. Meanwhile, Virginians are left to shoulder the costs of rapid data center growth.

The Virginia Senate is pushing for reform. Join the leaders fighting to end the data center tax exemption starting TODAY, 6/14 at 3 PM in Hampton Roads, Monday, 6/15 at 6 PM in Richmond, or Tuesday, 6/16 at 6 PM in NOVA. (More details about each event in the comments.)
