“Today is probably not the inauguration most of us were hoping for BUT do not lose hope and use this shift of power away from conservatives as inspiration to work even harder to stand up for our cause and work to make change. Even though Kamala Harris’s ideology does not really match up with ours, it’s still amazing that we are about to have a female Vice President and that is a huge victory for all women, conservative and liberal.” Chloe Sparwath, President of NeW at UVA

We will be having a zoom meeting THIS THURSDAY the 15th at 6 p.m. Our speaker is going to be DeAnna Harris. DeAnna is a resident of Smyrna, Georgia. With over 10 years of service in Georgia, Harris' ideas are founded in her experiences in economic development, criminal justice and her commitment to her faith. She is managing partner of Southern Capital Strategies and Chair of the Cobb Young Republicans. She has degrees in public communications and journalism from Cleveland State University and volunteers her time at the Woodland Ridge Assisted Living Home. Look out later in the week for the zoom link to hear her speak to us about community outreach and how conservative policies are better for a lot of the communities who usually seem to be underrepresented in the conservative sphere!
