I missed our Sunday post, but not the opportunity to share something important.

Come Learn with Councilmember Collins

Making Town government easier to understand, one topic at a time.

As Co-Chair of the Schools Committee, I believe supporting our students means looking beyond the classroom.

It means investing in safe communities, strong partnerships, youth opportunities, and the mental health and well-being of our children.

That is also why I drafted and sponsored our Youth Mental Health & Online Safety Resolution, because the challenges young people face today do not stop when the school day ends.

As we begin a new school year, I remain committed to making sure our Town continues to support students, families, educators, and the systems that help them thrive.

And the winners? 🏆 None other than the Cheektowaga Police Department.

Congratulations, CPD! Who knew protecting and serving came with championship-level rib-eating skills? 😂👏🏾

Today, one of Cheektowaga’s finest officially retired.

From the first time I met Officer Nazzarett, he welcomed me with such warmth and spoke with genuine joy about serving as a police officer. That same joy radiated from him today as he begins this well-deserved new chapter alongside his family.

Congratulations on your retirement, Officer Nazzarett, and thank you for your years of service to Cheektowaga. Wishing you and your family nothing but joy in the years ahead. 💙 Cheektowaga Police Department

County or New York State.

County potholes: 716-858-7966
State highways: 1-800-POTHOLE

Not sure who maintains your road? That’s okay. Start with the Town Highway Department, and they can help point you in the right direction.

Hello, Cheektowaga! 👋🏾💙

It’s been a little while, and I’m excited to share some wonderful personal news with you. I’m married! 💍

I was blessed to celebrate this beautiful new chapter right here in Cheektowaga at Stiglmeier Park, which made the day even more special.

With this new chapter comes a name and email update. I am now Councilmember Tiffany R. Collins, and my Town email address has been updated to [email protected].

While my name has changed, my commitment to Cheektowaga has not. I’m still a proud Cheektowaga resident, and I remain honored to serve the community I call home.

I look forward to continuing to see you around Town, hear from you, and work together on behalf of our community.

New name. Same commitment to Cheektowaga. 💙

What an fantastic National Night Out celebration hosted by The Cheektowaga Police Department! We enjoyed a fun 90’s theme with great activities, delicious food, and important safety information for everyone in our community.

This weekend was all about families, culture, and community. From local festivals and neighborhood celebrations to family-friendly carnivals, it was wonderful to see so many residents come together, enjoy one another, and celebrate the traditions that make our community special.

In early July, I completed Stop the Bleed training as a member of Cheektowaga’s EMS ASHER Committee. As a Councilmember, I remain committed to learning, strengthening my emergency preparedness knowledge, and supporting public safety throughout our community.
