The Circle will be gathering at the WY Capitol building this Saturday, Jan 10th, at 12:00pm till 2:30pm in remembrance of Renee Nicole Good, and in solidarity with the people of Minneapolis on the front lines against ICE.

This is an issue that hits close to home here in Cheyenne, WY, as the Laramie County Sherrifs Office has signed a 287g Agreement and authorized 23 of their officers to assist in ICE operations, resulting in countless pointless arrests of good people and fear in everyday life for many of our POC community.

Dress warm, as always the Circle will be accepting any donations and delivering to our local food pantries/ homeless assistance facilities.

No Kings Day 10/18 was a huge success, thank you Cheyene for showing up!! We estimate peak attendance was around 500 people, all walks and ages of life from high schoolers to veteran activists came out and showed up for Democracy!! Thank you to Laramie County Democrats Anti-Zs in Solidarity w/ Yemen and Palestine Indivisible Cheyenne At Large, and you all for coming out!

Demonstrations like this are just a first step towards building community in our lives and taking real, tangible actions towards fighting the slippery slope of fascism we are currently up against. Community, trust, solidarity, loyalty, honesty, are the antithesis to fascist movements that aim to pit us, the working class, against each other, instead of focusing on the corrupt elite 1% and political donors that spend millions just to keep us fighting amongst each other. A working class Democrat and Republican have more in common with each other than we will ever have with any billionaire on the planet. It is not Left vs Right, it is Up vs Down.

Volunteer at your local food pantry, animal shelter, homeless shelter, shovel your neighbor's sidewalk when it snows, get to know the people living next door, stop and help someone with their hood up on the side of the road; these are all actions that erase the arbitrary lines of Democrat or Republican, and show us what we all are at the end of the day: human.

Midterm elections are just right around the corner starting on Nov 2nd, please please make sure you are registered to vote and get out and vote, our local elections our just as important as the nationwide elections! Change starts at the small scale in our communities.
