URGENT APPEAL -IAF Demands Protection for Woman Petitioner in Meenakshi Natarajan Case

Indian Americans Forum demands that the Telangana CMO immediately provide full security to the woman whose case against Meenakshi Natarajan is currently being heard in court.

Her safety must be guaranteed. No intimidation, no harm, no pressure tactics should be tolerated. The State is duty-bound to protect her until justice is delivered.

STATEMENT BY INDIAN AMERICANS FORUM – FRIENDS OF CONGRESS WING -MEENAKSHI NATARAJAN .
On the Vindication of Our Long Fight Against Infiltration in Telangana Congress

Indian Americans Forum is an all-party NRI organization deeply connected to the ground realities of India. Our ‘Friends of Congress’ wing has been at the forefront of a sustained campaign to expose that the present Telangana Congress is not the real Congress envisioned by our founding leaders.

Our long fight, now vindicated:

For years, we have written open letters, submitted appeals to AICC, and raised our voice on every platform to warn the Central Leadership about the systematic infiltration of Telangana Congress by ABVP, TDP, and BJP background elements.

We were the first to:
1. Identify and call out the ABVP-background Chief Minister whose actions have weakened Congress, costing us 8 Lok Sabha seats and enabling proximity with the Prime Minister.
2. Demand the ouster of covert Sanghis wearing the Congress flag only to hold power.
3. Expose the sabotage of core Congress workers - from Mahabubnagar MP seat to the Rajya Sabha denial to Meenakshi Natarajan.
4. Warn AICC that history is repeating - from Narsimha Rao to now, Telangana has produced leaders who ultimately damaged Congress.

Meenakshi Natarajan episode proves us right.

The blocking of a committed leader like Meenakshi Natarajan, while giving Rajya Sabha to an ex-TDP entrant, and the harassment case against DCC President ignored by PCC, has exposed the rot. What we screamed for years is today the talk of the town. Our stance stands vindicated.

We are not ordinary NRIs.

Indian Americans Forum is ground-connected. We have no personal stakes, no factions, no posts to seek. Our only agenda: Protect the Preamble of the Constitution and keep Congress free from Sangh infiltration.

This is a long-term ideological fight. Sanghis have entered parties as coverts to rule by proxy or directly. If Congress doesn’t act, it will lose its soul.

Our demand to Congress Central Leadership:

1. Sack the current ABVP-background Chief Minister of Telangana immediately.
2. Cancel all nominated positions given to non-Congress coverts and entrants.
3. Remove the TPCC President and dissolve all compromised bodies.
4. Rebuild Telangana Congress with core, ideological Congress workers only.

We appeal to Shri Rahul Gandhi, Smt. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and the Congress President: Recognize the voice of Friends of Congress. We have been right on Telangana from Day 1. Act now, or Congress will be destroyed in the South by those who never believed in its ideology.

*STATEMENT ON PHARMA CITY TELANGANA LAND ACQUISITION PROTESTS* Open letter to Telangana CMO Bhatti Vikramarka MalluDuddilla Sridhar Babu

In the wake of ongoing protests against Pharma City Telangana, we strongly denounce the Government of Telangana’s measures to usurp farmers’ land without consent under the guise of the LA 2019 Act.

*Development without democracy is destruction.*

An economic model built on “Future City,” “Pharma City,” and other smart cities that bypasses people’s consent jeopardizes the very foundation of inclusive growth. If the path to development is to demolish homes, forcibly acquire farmland through pressure and coercion, then it is not progress — it is a violation of human rights.

You cannot uplift people by cornering them. You cannot promise prosperity while making farmers, tribals, and landowners vulnerable to deeper poverty and displacement.

*The crisis of the current model:*
1. *Forced acquisition*: Taking land without free, prior, informed consent violates constitutional and human rights.
2. *Fiscal desperation*: Balancing budget deficits through “more projects, more contracts, more commissions” has become the norm. Governments chase taxes and GDP, not people’s welfare.
3. *Exclusion by design*: Unskilled workers, small farmers, and traditional communities do not fit this high-tech developmental model. Instead of being included, they are isolated and pushed into dependency.

True development lifts all, not just select industries, contractors, and elites.

*We demand that the Government of Telangana:*
1. *Immediately halt* all forced land acquisition for Pharma City and similar projects.
2. *Reconsider its vision* to ensure development includes people’s prosperity, not just corporate profit.
3. *Seek genuine consent* from gram sabhas and affected families as per law and democratic principles.
4. *Publish a White Paper* on rehabilitation, jobs for locals, and safeguards for displaced families.
5. *Prioritize farmers and unskilled workers* with skill training, land-pooling options, and equity in projects — not eviction notices.
6.* We demand no pressure tactics be used by Government through police machinery on activists who is leading upfront on behalf of farmers and we hope sense prevails and negotiations be carried out for amicable solutions.

Telangana was formed on the promise of “Neellu, Nidhulu, Niyamakalu” for its people. Let that promise not be bulldozed for real estate and commissions.

Development must be _by the people_, _for the people_ — not at the cost of the people.

Respected Didi,

As Non-Resident Indians who celebrated your 2021 victory against communal forces, we write today with grief and an urgent appeal.

1. THE 2026 ASSEMBLY DEBACLE: TMC LOST BENGAL

The 2026 West Bengal Assembly election result is not a setback — it is a rejection. TMC has lost power in Bengal after 15 years.

• BJP formed the government: Winning a clear majority by sweeping North Bengal, Junglemahal, and making major gains in South Bengal
• TMC reduced to opposition: Vote share crashed below 40% for first time since 2011. Lost Kolkata, Howrah, Asansol, Siliguri
• Core base eroded: Matua, Adivasi, and Muslim votes fragmented. Youth and women voters shifted due to SSC scam, Sandeshkhali, and corruption charges
• Message from Bengal: “Ma-Mati-Manush” no longer resonates. Anti-incumbency + leadership fatigue defeated TMC

Didi, this is not just an electoral loss. This is a verdict on 15 years of governance.

2. THE EXODUS HAS ACCELERATED AFTER DEFEAT

Losing power has triggered disintegration:
• MP desertions: 6 sitting TMC Lok Sabha MPs joined BJP between March-June 2026. Sources say 4 more will switch before Monsoon Session to “be on ruling side.”
• MLA exodus: Over 20 newly elected TMC MLAs are in touch with BJP, per Kolkata media. Many cite “no future in opposition” and fear of central agencies.
• Cadre collapse: Booth-level workers are demoralized. Local offices shutting. Old loyalists say party is run by “outsiders and contractors.”

As NRIs, we believe three failures caused this: arrogance at the top, lack of cadre integration, and unchecked corruption. Workers were ignored. Loyalists were sidelined. Scams were defended.

3. INDI ALLIANCE: THE FINAL NAIL

Joining INDI Alliance confused and betrayed your base. Congress fought against TMC in Bengal 2024 and 2026. They put up candidates in every seat to defeat you. They opposed you publicly.

Yet you joined hands with them nationally. For what? To carry their baggage? When Telangana CM Revanth Reddy said “I admire Hitler” while bulldozing poor homes, Rahul Gandhi stayed silent. That Hitler-stain now sticks to every INDI partner — including a defeated TMC.

You beat BJP alone in 2021. With INDI, you lost Bengal in 2026.

4. LEARN FROM OTHER REGIONAL PARTIES — OR PERISH LIKE THEM

Regional forces are being finished by Delhi parties:
• Telangana: BJP installed its CM with Congress cover to finish BRS. Congress helped. BRS is gone.
• Bihar: Congress used RJD, then cut Lalu-Tejashwi down at every turn.
• Tamil Nadu: Congress is already courting actor Vijay, sidelining 70-year ally DMK.

Didi, if you stay with Congress, TMC will vanish like BRS. Bengal loss is just the start.

5. FINAL APPEAL: INTROSPECT. REBUILD. LEAD THIRD FRONT.

India does not want BJP vs Congress. India wants a Third Alliance of federal, secular regional forces. You lost Bengal, but you can still lead India — if you act now.

We urge you:
1. Own the defeat: Apologize to Bengal. Purge corrupt leaders and Sanghi infiltrators. Bring back loyal cadre.
2. Quit INDI immediately: You have nothing to gain from Congress. They will use your loss to expand in Bengal.
3. Build Third Front by 2026 end: Unite with SP, RJD, DMK. You + Stalin + Akhilesh + Tejashwi = 200+ seats where BJP & Congress are weak.
4. Project yourself as PM face: You’re the only leader who beat Modi-Shah 1-on-1. That 2021 credibility still exists nationally, even after Bengal loss.

THE STAKES

If you lead Third Front: India gets hope for democracy, federalism, and clean governance. You go from defeated CM to national alternative.

If you don’t: TMC will go the BRS way — wiped out. BJP will rule Bengal for 15 years. History will remember 2021 as a fluke, not a legacy.

Didi, you lost Bengal. Don’t lose India.

Introspect. Rebuild. Lead the Third Front. This is your last chance.

* “YOUTH BEWARE: New Proxy Alert” with COCKROACH PARTY -URGENT APPEAL BY INDIAN AMERICANS FORUM*

*To all non-BJP, core secular parties: Unite Now.*

A new proxy is being floated in the garb of a “youth movement” — the so-called *Cockroach Janata Party*. We strongly believe this is the handiwork of former AAPians now speaking the same language as AAP did when it was in power.

Instead of raising real issues confronting the nation and the threat to secularism, this group is mobilizing youth under the false pretext of “scams, corruption, paper leaks, exams.” The playbook looks familiar — it is the same as the Anna Hazare movement that was staged to oust UPA and hand power to BJP.

*We cannot let history repeat.*

What shocks us further: this “youth-led” Cockroach Janata Party, despite its AAP past, is now recruiting spokespersons who have openly supported BJP and carry a clear Sanghi mindset. We believe: once a Sanghi, always a Sanghi.

Our demand to the Cockroach leadership: *Clean up your ranks.* Remove Sanghis and unemployed political aspirants from Sangh Parivar/AAP backgrounds who are misleading India’s youth. Come clean on your real agenda.

*An open invite to Cockroach leadership, Shri Abhijit:* Come face NRIs. Take our questions. If you claim to represent youth, be transparent about who you really represent.

*Our appeal to secular parties:* This is a proxy battle. If we don’t counter these “cockroaches” effectively now, India’s youth will be misled again. The cost will be our secular fabric.

*Indian Americans Forum stands for:*
1. Real issues, not manufactured outrage
2. Secularism, not Sanghi proxies
3. Transparency, not political recycling
