I Count Too Chicago Area Projects’ I Count Too (ICT) project is designed to provide critical pre and post release mentoring, employment, and transitional services to offenders between the ages 18-25—0 to 6 months before release and those at high risk for returning to prison.

General information
ICT reentry services include: Linking offenders, with mentors pre-release; and continuing mentoring services post-release by connecting offenders to post release transitional services offered through CAP’s employment and social services programs. Post-release mentoring services include: job readiness, urban life skills, and job placement, housing stability, family reunification, substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment and other support that aims toward reduced recidivism.
