Today the JJC made skits about the same court case, concerning domestic abuse, going through the juvenile justice system and the child protection system. The skits show how the same case can have two different outcomes depending on the system it goes through. Check them out!

~130 were Automatic Transfer Youth (charged as an adult but waits in the detention center for trail until 18th birthday)
~157 were 18 years of age and younger on probation/supervision
~95% Male

~ Age 12-13 (5%)
~Age 14-15 (25%)
~Age 16-17 (63%)
~Age 18 (7%)

today we learned how to communicate with out talking we played a game called mine field where it was two to a group and one of two was blind folded and your partner had to lead you though the field(life) and all you had was trust and confidence
