Wishing you and your families a Happy Labor Day weekend!

Observed the first Monday in September, Labor Day is an annual celebration of the social and economic achievements of all workers.

Your hard work deserves respect, recognition and commemoration.

CHP will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

All community members are welcome. Food is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

CHP is bringing health services directly to the Rantoul community through our Mobile Health Unit.

Location: Cultivadores Inc., 555 S. Maplewood Drive, Rantoul, IL
Hours: 11 AM–6 PM
Dates: August 24; September 14 & 28; October 12 & 26; November 9 & 23, 2026

Medical, behavioral health, patient navigation, health education are available. Free health assessments and school and sports physicals are also offered.

Walk-ins welcome!

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance.

We look forward to serving you and your family.
