*N.B.: A critique of UCLA Con Law Prof. Adam Winkler's Anti-2nd Amendment/Anti-Corporate Personhood Philosophy - Socratic Dialectical Inquiries –
#1) Do Corporations & Blacks Have Personhood?
#2) If Black People were granted Due Process under law, Citizenship, Equality which is "Personhood" under the 14th Amendment (on 9 July 1868) even though God granted U.S. "Personhood" at BIRTH!), then why is the Democrat Party, the Marxist-Darwinist-Eugenicist Academy and the Political Left so ANGRY that Personhood was granted to Corporations (Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Company, 118 U.S. 394 (1886) which are created by and composed of... (wait for it....) P-E-O-P-L-E!?? - Including Black People who create Businesses and Corporations all the time.
ANSWER? Because to the Democrat Socialist Party and the Left the STATE is god and the omnipotent Leviathan State can countenance no competition, no departure from Consensus Groupthink... especially from Woke Black People (like me and you who are my Facebook Friends) nor from Businesses and Corporations Unleashed, Unshackled from Liberal Fascism. Natural Law seeks to FREE U.S. from Taxation without Representation, Crony Capitalism & Socialism SLAVERY. Natural Law seeks to FREE U.S. to use our God-given Talent to create an Economy based on Dynamism, Creativity and Laissez Faire (Free Market) C-A-P-I-T-A-L-I-S-M!
Here is Part II of my Essay series -- "Democrat Party Racism, Corporate Personhood, and the Right to Bear Arms Against Government Democide—Part II". If you like it, please share with Professors & People, Social Media & Institutions who need Enlightenment & VERITAS.
