C.A.U.S.E. Chicago Alliance of Urban School Educators

C.A.U.S.E. Chicago Alliance of Urban School Educators Organizing our School Communities After careful study and analysis of the aftermath of Renaissance 2010 and the disparaging impact on the culture of CPS School communities, C.A.U.S.E.

is dedicated to bringing all forces together to improve instruction for our students and prepare teachers for rigorous yet engaging instruction.

Mission: C.A.U.S.E. MISSION STATEMENT Our basic concept is to improve instruction by engaging CPS, parents, teachers and the community to play an active and harmonious role in facilitating successful outcomes for our students. Our goal is to reshape the union in a way that invites active participation in relationship to how CPS relates to its employees. The goal is to improve instruction and create environments that foster and encourage teacher excellence and job security.
