Carahsoft OBO Illinois Housing Development Authority - Rental and Mortgage - CLM
Dear Tenant/Housing Provider,
Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) has approved your Illinois Rental Payment Program (ILRPP) grant application. IHDA will promptly issue a grant payment in the approved amount directly to the housing provider, or, if applicable, the property manager, on behalf of the tenant in the form of a check using the payment information provided in the application.
As set forth in more detail in your grant agreement, as a condition of accepting these funds:
The housing provider must immediately apply the ILRPP grant towards the tenant’s past due and future rent, for the months listed in the application.
The housing provider must waive all late fees, fines or other charges, incurred during the months ILRPP grant funds are applied to the tenant’s rent.
The housing provider may not initiate or otherwise engage in eviction proceedings for nonpayment of rent during the months ILRPP grant funds are applied to the tenant’s rent.

This is Tom Kamm, he is AFGE President at Pekin Illinois. He is married for 30 years with 4 kids. He was elected by his peers to represent them on a National and Local Level. However, those that elected him dont know his true character, morals and integrity. He is married and yet while on Union Business engages in Sexual Relationships with other Mens wives. DC, Atlantic city etc. When he should have been conducting Union business in the highest standard he was ruining families, his and others. Telling lies and committing adultery. He made promises to divorce and run away with this mistress and marry them only to go back home and toss them aside when the truth came out almost a year after the affair began. A YEAR of lies, deceit and sneaking around at various Union Business dealing all over the country. Shouldnt a Union President be held to a higher standard? AFGE should expect more. Is this the type of person that you want representing AFGE and you as members? Doesnt AFGE stand with higher moral codes and integrity as a bargaining unit or does the BOP and AFGE not care the types of individuals they elect? Does the UNIT at Pekin not care the type of person they elect and the face of their Local?
